Our staff welcomes you to the Old Olcott Fire Station's brand new guestrooms and suites. The rooms vary in size and style. Some are simple and charming, while others are multifaceted suites with rooms and various amenities. We have something for everyone, from the weary traveler to the busy tourist!

Our Past...And Future

Used for nearly a century by the Olcott Fire Company, the building remains a historic center for the entire community. When the OFC moved into a newly built station down the road a few decades ago, they sold their station to Bob Stedman. The building was used in a variety of ways until 2015, when Mr. Stedman launched an extensive renovation to transform the station into a unique tourist center. The initial project focused on creating second-floor rooms for visiting guests- like you!

The entire staff looks forward to returning the building to it's original grandeur ~ and surpassing it! Future additions include a restaurant, retail shops, and more.

We currently have three rooms available.
Our larger suites (each will have fully equipped kitchens with stove, refrigerator & microwave) are coming soon!

Rooms: $85/ night (double occupancy*)

Suites: $125/ night (double occupancy*) Opening this Summer

*Additional guests cost $20pp

Discounts

• Book 4 or more consecutive nights and save 10%
• 10% off rooms for military- with proper ID

Deposit

All bookings require a 50% deposit OR a deposit of 1 night stay, which will be charged to secure reservation. Payable by credit card. NYS sales tax (8%) and bed tax (4%) not included in prices.

• Rooms are not handicapped accessible (all are on the second floor)
• $5 deposit due at time of key pick up
• No Pets
• No Smoking
• 2 night minimum required on weekends
• Roll-A-Ways or Air Mattress available upon request
• Cancellation: deposit minus $25 will be returned only if room is rebooked.
• Check in: 4pm, Check out: 11am. If these times are not convenient, please make special arrangements with our staff prior to arrival.

The Old Olcott Beach Fire Station isn't done expanding yet!
Throughout the next year and beyond, we plan on opening our Banquet Hall, restaurant and new retail shops!

We're also working towards a Seafood Bar and even more great additions.
